Calories are a basic part of energy which can be found in almost all types of food and drinks. However, the average calorie requirements needed by adults ranges from 2,000-3,000 calories per day. 1. Nuts

2. Avocados

It is no longer a secret that avocados are one of the types of high-calorie fruit. In one medium-sized avocado weighing 200 grams, there are about 332 calories.

3. Dried fruit

Unlike fresh fruit, dried fruit has a higher calorie content. For example, 85 grams of dried raisins contains 260 calories.

4. Sweet potatoes

Foods that contain lots of calories are sweet potatoes. For one medium-sized sweet potato, there are around 180 calories.

5. White rice

High-calorie foods are good as a source of energy for the body. However, excessive consumption or processing it in an unhealthy way can cause health problems.
